{"id":24360,"date":"2026-05-05T12:16:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T15:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seguranca.al.gov.br\/?post_type=noticia&#038;p=24360"},"modified":"2026-05-06T11:14:14","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T14:14:14","slug":"policia-civil-indicia-suspeitos-por-descarte-irregular-de-lixo-e-ameaca","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/seguranca.al.gov.br\/?noticia=policia-civil-indicia-suspeitos-por-descarte-irregular-de-lixo-e-ameaca","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edcia Civil indicia suspeitos por descarte irregular de lixo e amea\u00e7a"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ascom PCAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Alagoas (PCAL), por meio da Delegacia de Crimes Ambientais e Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal (DCAPA), sob a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do delegado Robervaldo Davino, indiciou, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (5), suspeitos pela pr\u00e1tica de descarte irregular de lixo, ilegalidade prevista no artigo 54 da Lei de Crimes Ambientais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No dia 16 de abril de 2026, um v\u00eddeo divulgado nas redes sociais mostrou o momento em que um indiv\u00edduo realiza o descarte de res\u00edduos no bairro Santo Eduardo. Durante a filmagem, a pessoa respons\u00e1vel pelo registro foi amea\u00e7ada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assim que tomou conhecimento dos fatos, a equipe da DCAPA deu in\u00edcio \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es. O autor do descarte irregular foi identificado e ser\u00e1 indiciado pelo crime ambiental.
